Bob Kramer - President
After receiving a B.S. from Boston University, Bob joined the sales and marketing department of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons where he rose steadily through the ranks. After a decade of various management positions that took him throughout the United States, he accepted the challenge as President of Microcision LLC, a manufacturer and supplier to medical device and implant O.E.M's. During his tenure, the company has experienced 700% growth and received two major awards from the Philadelphia area Chamber of Commerce: "The Emerging Business of the Year Award" and the "Manufacturer of the Year Award."
Martha Villegas - Dir. of Operations
Martha Villegas joined Aeton Medical in January, 2021 as the Operations Manager. Born in Colombia, she graduated with her Cosmetic Dentistry degree from the Colegio Odontológico Colombiano. For almost three decades, Martha practiced in the dental field in both Colombia and south Florida. In 2017, she transitioned to NYU Langone as their Operations Manager in their newly established location in West Palm Beach, FL. At Aeton, Martha’s extensive dental experience has prepared her to assume responsibility for purchasing, planning and daily operations.
